There are but a few places in the world that can grow truly spectacular Pinot Noir.  These areas are defined by long cool growing seasons that allow the fruit to slowly ripen on the vine and develop the true essence of Pinot Noir.  Since the early 1970's Oregon's Willamette Valley has been recognized as one of the only areas in the new world capable of producing a wine that can compete with the great Burgundies.  Its reputation continues to grow with each spectacular vintage.  1994 was a breakout year for Oregon and all accounts show that 1998, 1999 and 2000 promise even greater potential.  

As a vineyard and winery owner myself, I know the special qualities that are unique to the Willamette Valley.  As a realtor, I am committed to ensuring that all of my clients understand exactly what they are buying and the potential that a particular property holds.  Furthermore, representing vineyard/winery property requires a special knowledge of the unique components of this market, as well as having a firm grasp upon the business side of a transaction.  This will ensure that my clients get the best value for their money.
