This parcel is located just outside of the town of Carlton, which is known as “The Diamond Of Yamhill County” and is one of the hottest new growing regions in the North Willamette! 

Carlton is the home to Ken Wright Cellars, Domaine Serene, Stag Hollow, Lemelson’s Winery, Carlo & Julian and Belle Pente Winery. This area is known for the high quality fruit that produces some of the best wines in the North Willamette Valley.  This land is located adjacent to Reed and Reynolds Vineyard which was just named as a vineyard designate wine from Sineann Vineyards, one of the hottest wineries in Oregon!

The site is mostly of South and Southeast exposure and its elevations run from 200' to 500' at its top.  The soil consist mainly of Willakenzie Soil with a small amount of Peavine, Shale, Hazelair, Carlton, Chehalem and Cove. This site has approximately 315 acres of prime vineyard land capable of producing World Class Pinot Noir.

Property is zoned Exclusive Farm Use. Property can be divided into 80 acre parcels or 160 acre parcels. There currently is no building site available, however with an income of $80,000 a building site may be pursued.  Owner will entertain financing terms, so please call for more details.
